Our apps

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app provides its own terms. Each app's privacy policy explains how it handles your data. Use the apps lawfully and don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse them.

Some content in our apps is provided for entertainment, inspiration or general information. Fitness features are not medical advice; talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. See Subscriptions and refunds.

The Venture Studio name and logo, our app names, and the design and content of this website and our apps belong to Venture Studio LLC. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Venture Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
